Introduction
At Logix9, we are committed to delivering high-quality software development, technology consulting, staff augmentation, cloud solutions, AI development, quality assurance, and digital transformation services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be considered and the conditions governing payments made for our services. By engaging Logix9 for any service, project, or contractual engagement, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Refund Policy.
Nature of Our Services
Logix9 primarily provides professional and intellectual services that involve the allocation of skilled resources, project planning, technical consultation, software development, testing, design, implementation, and ongoing support. Due to the customized nature of these services and the time, expertise, and resources invested in each engagement, refunds are generally limited and subject to the terms agreed upon in the applicable contract, proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.
Project-Based Services
For fixed-price projects, payments made for completed milestones, approved deliverables, completed development work, consultations, design activities, testing services, or other services already performed are non-refundable. Once work has commenced on a project, Logix9 reserves the right to retain payments corresponding to the work completed, resources allocated, and expenses incurred up to the date of any cancellation or termination request.
If a project is terminated by the client before completion, any outstanding work completed prior to termination shall remain payable, and any refund consideration will be evaluated based on the remaining unperformed scope of work, if applicable.
Staff Augmentation and Dedicated Resource Services
For staff augmentation, dedicated developer hiring, managed teams, or resource allocation services, payments made for resource reservation, onboarding, staffing, training, project participation, or utilized service periods are non-refundable. Since resources are assigned and reserved specifically for client requirements, refunds will not be provided for time periods during which resources have already been allocated or engaged.
Any termination of dedicated resource services shall be governed by the notice periods and contractual obligations defined within the applicable service agreement.
Subscription and Retainer Services
For recurring retainers, support plans, maintenance agreements, or subscription-based services, fees paid for the current billing cycle are generally non-refundable once the service period has commenced. Cancellation requests may prevent future billing but do not automatically entitle the client to refunds for services already provided or made available during the active service period.
Deposits and Advance Payments
Project deposits, onboarding fees, advance payments, booking fees, and project initiation payments are generally non-refundable. These payments are intended to secure project scheduling, allocate resources, conduct planning activities, and reserve delivery capacity. Once project preparation or resource allocation has begun, such payments become non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Service Dissatisfaction
Client satisfaction is important to Logix9. If a client believes that services have not been delivered in accordance with agreed requirements, we encourage prompt communication with our project management team. Before any refund request is considered, Logix9 will be given a reasonable opportunity to review the concern, investigate the issue, and implement corrective measures where appropriate.
Refund requests based solely on subjective preferences, changes in business priorities, internal organizational decisions, market conditions, or modifications to project requirements may not qualify for refunds.
Eligible Refund Considerations
In limited circumstances, Logix9 may consider a partial refund where it is determined that services paid for have not been delivered and no substantial work, resource allocation, or operational costs have been incurred. Any such determination shall be made solely at the discretion of Logix9 after reviewing the specific circumstances of the engagement.
Approval of a refund in one instance shall not establish an obligation to provide refunds in similar future situations.

The following items are generally non-refundable:

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact Logix9 directly to resolve any payment concerns before initiating chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals through financial institutions or payment processors. Unauthorized chargebacks for services already rendered may be disputed by Logix9 using project records, communication history, agreements, invoices, work logs, and supporting documentation.
Processing Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible. Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions, payment gateways, and financial service providers. Logix9 shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Modifications to This Refund Policy
Logix9 reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, service offerings, or operational needs. Any updated version will become effective upon publication on our website.
