Eligibility for a Refund

Customers can request a full refund if the request is made within 48 hours of the payment.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@logix9.io with the order details.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refund requests made after 48 hours of payment.

If work has already been partially or fully completed and delivered to the customer.

Change of mind or personal preference after project commencement.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
